The Nate Forrest series is now available on Amazon: ‘Speakeasy’, ‘Gun It’, and ‘Sidetrack’.
The three stories follow Nate from his early days in Chicago in 1932, when he falls in with the Mob and teams up with the brilliant and seductive Rachel White, through his adventures fighting Nazi spies in World War II. Plenty of derring-do and Nick and Nora Charles style repartee.
The series joins my earlier books on Amazon: ‘The Woman Who Danced for the Sun’ and ‘Mind Shadow'.
‘The Golden Girl' is coming soon from Wallace Publishing in the UK. In silent-era Tinseltown, war hero Nick Adams falls for drop-dead gorgeous Juliana Darrow. He doesn’t know that people around her die.
Wallace has also committed to publishing a prequel, ‘The Silver Screen Girl’. Exotic silent screen star Emilia Sommer lures Nick Adams into danger, intrigue, and woman trouble.
Currently, I’m making the final edits before submitting my newest book, ‘Black Dragon’. In 1930, cub reporter Mariel Cleary chases a scoop. Instead, she stumbles onto a plot by the Japanese Empire.
Also in progress is ‘Matt Masters, Foreign Correspondent: Girl on the Wing’ (working title). Matt teams up with renowned aviatrix Rachel Rand in the jungles of French Indochina.
As the last person on the planet Earth to embrace social media, I’ve finally opened a Facebook account and joined several groups, notably groups of writers on Medium.com.
Speaking of Medium, I’ve been regularly posting articles on the site for the last year. It’s a good blogging venue. Articles are visible and readily accessible. Rather than cope with the vagaries of Google search algorithms, readers can easily find my posts on Medium. From my experience so far, I’d recommend it to writers who are building their author platforms. (That is, unless you’re Dan Brown or J. K. Rowling then you needn’t bother.)
